Scope of the project: Developed of new strategies to recover market share. • Studied market trends and regulations that in the fast-growing segment of the UAV industry • Analysed the products and strategies of major competitors in the EU and N. American markets • Carried out scenario planning to identify new market strategies and opportunities to increase sales and market share • Delivered of weekly progress report and final presentation to the VP of the company

• Developed analysis and design modifications/updates in compliance with the latest regulations and fire protection requirements from the Spanish Nuclear Safety Council • Managed relationship with client and suppliers, and supervised and coordinated people from several disciplines (Civil, Electrical, and Instrumentation & Control) • Optimized traditional processes to save resources reducing of redundancies by reengineering
