Duties: Travel different regions to support bidding projects in learning solution Achievements: China telecom (Jiangxi Branch) CDMA expert certification project: Align with customer business, I developed the whole certification solution and output the competence and knowledge library for the different level experts. And also the certification delivery was done by myself.

Duties: As the senior trainer of my team , provide CDMA/WIMAX/LTE training to Huawei customer in global level. Achievements: Deliver many trainings in global level to different customers: Australia Channel 7 WIMAX training, Poland Orange CDMA/EVDO training, Portugal ZAPP CDMA/EVDO training, Vodacom WIMAX training in South Africa, LTE Training in China Mobile. Through the massive training delivery, I accumulated rich experience in CDMA, WIMAX and LTE system.

As an expert of CDMA domain, I was responsible for network rollout for Shenzhen telecom CDMA engineering in 2003. My main duty was to design the project plan with Shenzhen Telecom together, monitored the project processing and guaranteed the engineering quality.

As a technique engineer, main duty was to provide technique support to wireless network and transmission network in the life cycle of the products. Technique support included network establishment, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, network planning and optimization.
