Contract Product Manager for a Medical Services company. Web-based management system tracking transportation and language services for injured workers. Managed the elicitation and documentation of software requirements, use cases, mentored and transitioned these functions to the local team. Managed a team of offshore and local developers. Migrated from Waterfall methodology to Agile Development. This is an ongoing project that was started as Glide Computing and has gone through 4 major versions.

Glide Computing was a division of Productized LLC. It provided IT support and services for small businesses in the Tampa Bay region.

Provided product and project management services to small businesses allowing them to effectively use offshore development.

Responsible for providing strategy and guidance in new product offerings. Identify new technologies, partnerships and other relationships that extend the scope of existing product offerings and allow growth into new markets.

Responsible for Technology Partner Program for ISV partners. Co-developed partner recruitment process, including business-case reasoning for partnership level and executive review process. Managed OEM product integrations from business case to product launch followed by handoff to core-level Product Managers. Mentored core-level Product Managers in PM process, technical and business due-diligence and technology topics.

Business analyst for internal IT projects.

Manage staff of IT engineers responsible for 200+ desktop PC’s and 7 million dollars of IT capital. Plan and manage migration of 3 major business systems in 1 year, reducing support and services costs by $200,000. Reduce corporate communications costs by 2/3 through consolidation of resources and auditing of inventory.

Manage multiple project teams for software development company. Guide project teams through development process, manage project and launch plans. Identify key risks and revenue recognition issues for executive team. Manage critical path processes. Develop project task templates and task forecast accuracy methodology.
