Manage a team of 50 volunteers with different backgrounds and nationalities. Provide transportation support to the Olympic Games VIP Clients (World Leaders, International Olympic Committee and National Olympic Committee members, former Olympic medalists) during the 2016 Olympic Games. Plan transport logistics and negotiate with Governmental Organs such as Federal Police and National Guard in order to deliver an excellent transport service to the 2016 Olympic Games customers.

Develop marketing strategies, retail events, campaigns. Execute graphic design and production of digital campaigns, email marketing and social media assets and graphic material for retail stores. Design digital and vector based prints for clothes. Recruit actresses and influencers to be brand ambassors. Provide all necessary material and information for PR office. Produce and organize photo shootings, including coordinating booking crew, studio, catering, scouting models and providing support on set.

Work with the team in order to create marketing strategies and plan events. Manage invitation list, sitting and gift bags for Vivaz’s fashion show. Develop off-line printed media (in-store signage, window displays, flyers, lookbooks). Execute graphic design for online media (email marketing, social media). Plan and develop strategy for social media channels. Provide all necessary material and information for PR office. Interact with customers through social media, email and phone.

Assist blogger Lu Ferreira in issues concerning her blog, Chata de Galocha. Develop written and design content for Chata de Galocha Develop written and design content for partner brands’ blogs. Responsible for putting together “Day Off”, an annual fashion event hosted by Lu Ferreira.
