My research in Molecular Modeling, Ab initio Modeling, Molecular Dynamics, and docking. I acquired experience in programs such as Rosetta suite, VMD, NAMD, Haddock, Chimera, and PyMol. Some programming languages that I had the chance to use are MDAnalysis, R, Python, Perl, SQL, and MySQL.

I obtained experience in the field of Molecular Virology, PCR, qPCR, extraction, and quantification of RNA and DNA.
