- Delivery lead for technology and process objectives. - Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the CTO in development and implementation of our internal technology platform globally. - Working closely with the sales management team on technology sales support and client technology implementation and training. - Liaising with external partners to align our strategic technology proposition.

- Delivery of all recruitment related activities to commercial functions - Shape, plan and deliver the recruitment sourcing strategy - Partner with HR Director to ensure internal talent pools are utilised - Utilise creative thinking and established networks to source high calibre talent that continually builds organisational capability at all levels within the business - Understand demand plans and plan pipelining activities around these to meet future requirements

- Develop client strategy to identify, win and close new business contracts with large multinational players. - Establish focused market-specific strategies regarding competitive offerings, trends and product development; - Work with the Business Development team to identify and pursue new or extended business opportunities; - Proactively manage client and project acquisition intelligence process;

- Pro-actively managing key client relationships, seeking opportunities and determining/developing a strategy to effectively reduce clients cost per hire. - Ensuring an excellent operational service to the client throughout the team. - Developing external networks to establish/raise the profile of Webrecruit within the business community.
