• Execution of shared service strategy • Move of Financial Activities to a Financial Shared Service Centre in Bratislava (AM, AP, AR & GL) • Organisational re-design • Build up new finance organisation within Central Europe • Business process design with focus on identifying improvement opportunities • Better utilization of resources by working across entities / borders • Restructuring of the international legal setup within my Region and UK, including both mergers and liquidations/dissolvements
