Throughout my career, I had the great opportunity to work in strong global teams. As a manager, I am supporting teams work efficiently and make decisions fast & transparent. All people are different, and I love to encourage people to develop their talents as entrepreneurs. My strength is a global mindset paired with the analytic skills of an electrical engineer. It is exciting to expand business into new areas and I enjoy concretizing ideas and convincing people to go for it. It's all about answering the WHY. The use of agile methods for execution is part of my daily work. To implement a lean asset strategy, I have gained extensive experience working with global Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) companies. Driving innovation is part of the story – perfect operations are also essential. Besides my role as a Product Manager, I have been P&L responsible of software-based electronic products. I managed to implement an efficient organization with clear reporting.
