Coordination and supervision of the construction and maintenance of civil works required in the mine pits; control of air pollution caused by traffic of heavy machinery; control of machinery traffic flow in the mine pits; post mining land rehabilitation; administration of personnel safety strategies and development plans; administration of personnel payroll and training programs. Personnel in charge: 100 heavy machinery operators.

Purchase of raw materials, tools and supplies needed for the manufacturing plant; inventory and warehouse administration and logistic coordination with the different members of the supply chain for the importation and transportation of the purchased materials; supplier evaluation and designing of appropriate company purchase policies.

Statistical analysis of machinery productivity and availability. Technical assessment for the purchase of new mining machinery.
