- International recruitment up to C level, mainly focused on Clinical Sales Representatives and Managers, Area Sales Managers, Field Service Engineers for our offices in Germany, UK, France, Benelux region and Switzerland - Local recruitment of back office positions in the following areas: accounting & finance, customer care, marketing, IT - Collaborate in HR projects and payroll

- Personal assessment and interview of managers - Set up of an action plan to enhance their employability, including group trainings - Responsible of Social Media Networking in Geneva - Develop the network and collaboration with international companies: recruitment mandates, setting up events - Link the managers with recruitment agencies / headhunters or potential employers

- structured interview and assessment of the candidate - set up of the professional project - personal advise and coaching to enhance the employability - customer prospecting and network building

- for permanent and temporary positions up to senior level - spezialisation for Finance and accounting people - management of the whole recruitment process, from the sourcing to the conclusion of the contract - team leader (6 consultants under supervision) - fee's / preffered suppliers contracts negociation with Directors - customer prospecting and key account management - set up of internal policies for temporary recruitment - project manager: Easytemp software implementation
