As a Manpower Planning Manager, I provide an advisory and support service to management and medical staff in all aspects of Medical HR. I use a strategic approach to the management of people working for King Saud University, Medical City in Riyadh. My Principal functions are putting right number of people, right kind of people at the right place, right time, doing the right things for which they are suited for the achievement of goals of the organization.

Conducts data analysis in conjunction with management on the current workforce competencies and skill sets, conducts talent and competency gap analysis, and sets proposed workforce plans and strategies to align the workforce talent base to the VC’s strategic and operating plans, the company’s management system, its vision and values.
