Design & implemention of Six Sigma & quality organisation in 60M+ business as part of buisness integration; Responsibility for quality and compliance, e.g. ISO certification; Execute Six Sigma @ the customer projects together with customer "Deutsche Bahn"; Project lead for integration, production transfer and consolidation projects.

Responsibility and ownership for Six Sigma and quality organization for 200 M+ business; Assure quality compliance in highly regulated environment; Execution of Six Sigma projects: Leadership for pan European roll out for On Time Delivery (OTD) initiative; implementation of customer complaints and product returns team and process; designed and implemented operational measurement system and related PSI process
