Research and Development Manager - Leading Research and Development department. Team of 9 persons, including Project Leaders, CAD Design, Simulation, Prototypes and Testing Area (Laboratorio) - Development and Project Management of Exhaust Systems mainly for Automobile Industry - Adquisistion of new Business in Cooperation with Commercial Department. - Responsible for budget and investments plan of the department (including prototypes and Testing equipments)

- Program Manager leading an interdisciplinary team within internal Project Management Procedures as main responsible for all project deliverables (costs, timing, profitability, quality,...) both internally and face to the customer. - Define tasks and asses perrformance of the team members. - Automotive Supplier - Proveedor de Automóvil

- Project Manager - Jefe de Proyecto (Cost, margin, timing, general coordination, project team coordination...). - Adquisition new Business and Commercial negotiation for Projects already in series. - Customers: 10 years SEAT, 8 years Ford, 7 years VW (Navarra and Portugal), 1,5 years Mercedes-Benz (Vitoria), 4 years Audi, 2 years Nissan. - Coordination with SEAT Technical Center and our R+D central in Germany in some periods.

- Industrialisation of new products (Timing, Productivity, Quality assurance,..). - Continous Process improvement for existing products. - Coordination for the transfer of several production lines from Germany to Spain and launching of the production in Spain, including 1 year working from the company Headquarters in Lüdenscheid (Germany). - Automotive Supplier - Proveedor Automóvil.
