In conjunction with this, I also assume responsibilities for each of the regional Purchasing and Materials Organizations.

Duties include overall coordination of all group-wide, strategic procurement activities in the following areas: production material, spare parts , licenses, OEM products, commodities, non-production material, overhead, capital equipment, logistics. In the course of the PMI phase with Renault Agriculture, an extensive and deep-reaching reorganization of purchasing was carried out successfully under my leadership.
