Investment Banking Division – responsible for finding target companies in CE Europe for investors from Iceland, Sweden, Finland, Norway; doing market research of CEE countries in various industrial sectors; preparing presentations and teasers; doing company valuations; financial structuring; contacting targets; involvement in M&A activities and SPA negotiations.

Involved in corporate finance activities and M&A transactions. Responsibilities: Helping Scandinavian investors to buy companies and invest in the Central and Eastern Europe. Doing market research and following economical trends in CEE countries with focus on several different industrial sectors as aviation, hydro energy, pharmaceuticals, food industry, real estate, tourism, education, privatization, coffee production, etc.
