HW & SW Development Section Manager: Leading the local Hardware and Software Development Teams. Direct reports: 15. Roles: Chief HW/SW/Sys Engineer, Project Manager, Line Manager. Projects developed in international context with strong collaboration with Global R&D centers (HQ in Switzerland, Germany, China, Japan) for both local and global products.

SOFTWARE & SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER/ARCHITECT : System & subsystem SW development from developer to architect. Object Oriented SW Engineering, UML Design, Development & Code Generation, C/C++,RUP, Change Management, IDEs, RTOS, microcontrollers, CAN expert, etc.

HARDWARE & SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER: Hardware and System development (All-rounder from Detail specification through Design, Layout support, functional and environmental test including EMC, integration tests, etc till documentation for production). Main activities in the development of microprocessor and DSP based core-microelectronics for electrical drives (frequency converters).

FIELD ENGINEERING & HEAD OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES Field engineering, commissioning, corrective maintenance of elevators and different industrial equipment: Schindler: Elevators; Sultzer: Textiles; Wild-Heerbrugg & Leitz: Geodesy & precision optics; KHD-Demag & Brown-Boveri: electric diesel generators; etc. Development of local solutions & adaptations. Direct leading of a small group of one technician and two electronic engineering interns; indirect lead of teams of field technicians (direct reports: 3).
