Account Management tasks for an HR Outsourcing client in an international HR Shared Services Center (Budapest, Hungary) Acting as focal point for all matters of the client relationship (incl. communication, governance, SLAs, DOU, etc).

Project Office in European Headquarter (Paris, France). Management support to senior HR management. Involvement in several European and worldwide HR projects. Executive Assistant tasks.

Trainee program at IBM Germany (duale Ausbildung): training on the job in different roles and business units in cooperation with the University of Cooperative Education (Berufsakademie), Mannheim. Including assignments in US and UK.
