- Building relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met, they are satisfied with the services; - Maintaining relationships with existing clients; - Identifying new business development opportunities, that involves researching, monitoring and analysing industry trends.

- Design, manage and maintain all Quality Assurance practices, standards, methodologies, and metrics; - Design and implement a testing framework; test infrastructure, processes, and tools; - Assure product design and performance conform to product requirements; - Work closely with development and project management teams while providing support to track, report, and verify bugs; - Establish Proper monitoring quality for the quality assurance department.

Key responsibilities: - Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors; - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives; - Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders; - Forecast and track key account metrics.

- Evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and test cases to assess product quality; - Work with QA engineers and developers to ensure the highest quality of product delivery; - Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

- Analyzing user stories, bugs, CRs in order to design and build automated tests within the automation framework; - Preparing Test Strategy/Approach for Testing; - Preparing and Reviewing test cases; - Estimating and scheduling for features; - Establishing coverage and traceability; - Identifying and escalating Risks on time and suggest mitigation measures.
