Continued to assist the business with the ongoing Recruitment Projects for the Consulting Government projects and the CIPSEUM Projects ( Consumer Industrial Products & Services- Energy, Utilities, and Mining) in the Middle East focusing on Gulf Countries by identifying the right resources and providing comprehensive end to end recruitment process and strategies, and making sure that the deliverable of the projects are met as per the deadlines and standards.

Assisting in developing and enhancing the recruitment function to meet the Government Consulting projects’ requirements. Preparing a top-notch talent pipeline to fulfill the recruitment needs. Maintaining positive candidate experience. Taking a crucial part in designing, and implementing an efficient recruitment plan, and process.

- Generate a minimum of 50 new or updated records with phone-outs per day, - Ensure growth of quality company lists and email lists for high yielding Marcoms campaigns, - Check every daily newspaper and business magazines to note down all the leads from new entrants, new projects or expanding companies, - Check various websites for leads that might have been missed in print, - Update CRM for all historic interaction with companies
