responsible for "Planning & Predictive" project, with the aim of improving the efficiency and accuracy of corporate planning. The existing planning processes are reviewed, a new global planning tool for Controlling, Marketing, Sales and Forecast-Management is introduced and predictive functionalities are tested and integrated. The new planning tool will be based on a central data platform, which is also used for the reporting solution.

Support of the (inter-)national sales units especially concerning the monthly rolling forecast and the annual budget planning. Central contact person for the different departments at the headquarters, subsidiaries and representative offices in all matters related to the planned sales in units and revenue. Analysis of country-specific data as basis for decision making. Performance measurement, interface management, user trainings and project management.

As part of my studies, I go through different departments (e. g. Human Resources, Marketing, Global Distribution, Market Intelligence, Production Planning) and I am responsible for marketing activities in the students learning company ("company inside the company").
