At Solyos IT Solutions I developed and mentored a design team to deliver UX solutions, design great services, and ensure great customer experiences. During my tenure, I established overall design processes and research methodologies while pioneering innovative projects for usability strategy, UX metrics, qualitative/quantitative evaluation processes, and field research focused on customer satisfaction. In addition, I coordinated the design team activities and compiled outcome reports.

Furthering my User Interface (UI) designer expertise I created visual interfaces utilizing CSS/HTML5 across different platforms including mobile/TV. I applied my user-centered design skills in research, prototyping, brainstorming, and developing wireframes with Axure RP or HTML\CSS code to support key projects.

I applied the concept user-centered design in the whole Services and Products. The approach was how to evaluate the product and scalable for different services on TV, Journal, and Radio. The creative process used: wireframes, user testing, user research on interactive communication services of the company.

I worked as Developer using Visual Basic 6 and MySQL database, PHP. I redesigned Softwares for financial services and general register. I studied and applied different methodologies to construct an efficient information architect.
