I am responsible for purchase of electrical units and computers for the autonomous trucks, negotiation as well as maintaining relationships with existing suppliers, initiate communications with new suppliers, and acting as project manager in strategic suppliers projects.

My responsibilities were: • Developed business plans with potential partners for >10 strategic projects, e.g. strategic partnership GMF - Air France – KLM, aircraft teardown, composite repair; international & domestic expansion • Participated and aided negotiation with partners, such as Lufthansa Technik, Indonesian Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Trade • Identified & pursued potential new businesses for 5 production units together with account managers and business strategy

- Managed and ensured 100% on-time order fulfillment in end-to-end supply chain process between Unilever Indonesia and Unilever in Asia Pacific region; include maintaining KPI in planning, production, delivery and stock level. - Participated on new, launch, relaunch projects with R&D, marketing, and production team. - Accounted responsible for Tea Based Beverage and Foods category.

• Supervised company-wide Kaizen project as Project Assistant in Vehicle Logistics division which resulted on delivery lead time reduction from 21 to 13 days by sea and 12 to 8 days by land • Led improvement as Project Leader to decrease vehicle dwelling time in Cibitung storage yards to fulfill 3 hours of standard lead time • Designed and developed blueprint of Toyota Indonesia vehicle distribution network
