• I established and managed the Move Indexes unit: creating the index methodologies and governance, portfolio construction and rebalancing rules. • I launched 70 such indexes in 10 months. • I led the project “World Cup”: using the competition as a strategic outreach campaign. It boosted daily usage by around 5x and total number of users by 85%. This triggered one main KPI for a higher value enterprise license.

• I managed the research output from 8 European and APAC equity analysts. • My team outperformed their US colleagues by 300bps for “Strong Buys” and 3400bps for “Strong Sells”. • I engaged with the media and clients. I was regularly interviewed by the leading European and US press such as: Financial Times, CNBC, the BBC and Le Monde. After the sale of the unit, I managed the Investment Management Segment for S&P GMI in EMEA, in charge of product management and market development.
