Leading a team of software developers and overseeing end-to-end project delivery from planning and requirements gathering to execution and stakeholder alignment. I manage timelines, scope, backlog and resources using agile or traditional methods, serving as the main client liaison and collaborating with global cross-functional teams. I define processes, orchestrate data flows and drive data automation initiatives to support scalable operations of PIM SaaS solutions across 50+ instances in 25+ countries.

The Bachelor Thesis titled "Nutzen und Herausforderungen Computer-Vision-basierter Bildanalyseverfahren im E-Commerce" explores how deep machine learning and artificial intelligence can aid with product data management in the E-Commerce field. As a case study, a neural network application was developed and trained with large datasets of product images, in order to enable it to detect and categorize product types by its visual attributes.
