Responsible for the complete IT infrastructure for two production plants in Austria and Hungary (around 100 employees). • Maintain servers, networks, end-user devices and IT security solutions. • Plan and implement hardware and software upgrades to keep operations stable and secure. • Manage backups, disaster recovery procedures and security policies. • Provide technical support and user training across both sites.

Led metallography and materials-analysis projects for automotive clients at Imagic Bildverarbeitung AG. Designed lab workflows, prepared samples and performed microscopic failure analysis. Main contact for Chinese VW–Audi plants for on-site installation, training and support. Used Imagic IMS to optimize metallographic inspections; IT tasks supported, but core focus was lab and materials inspection.

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with additional qualification in Engineering Education. Focus on automotive industry and engineering pedagogy, including projects in materials science, industrial automation and laboratory setup.
