Mapped, analyzed, and designed manufacturing operations processes across 5+ business units in a global food company, based on ISA 95. Led workshops and training in Costa Rica, and conducted site visits in the US, Brazil, Argentina, China, Russia, and the Netherlands. Defined MES requirements, documented workflows and integrations with ERP systems, and managed the component library for manufacturing systems, enabling bi-directional data flow between plants and business operations.

Design a financial product for the emerging middle class in Colombia • Attended in the Global Kick-Off of the Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. • Worked in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team with students from St. Gallen University of Switzerland. • Designed and tested multiple prototypes that seeked to supply the target population needs. • Presented the results of the project in the SUGAR Expo 2016 in Stanford University.
