• Responsible for the end-to-end Recruitment and Selection process; • Project management of training and development; • Support to the personnel department: receiving and conference of the hiring documents; Control of the time sheet; Filling the work permit; Homologation. • Mapping of the process of the employability sector. • Controlling of the HR indicators.
