Katja Matthias

I am a Project Delivery Manager/Project Manager dealing with multiple technical projects ranging from web application projects (web design/re-skins, mobile sites/iPhone application integrations, webservices, CMS, web performance optimisation) to application integration, migration and infrastructure projects, changes and work requests. I have a very strong background managing developers and testers onshore and offshore, DBA's and systems application teams.

My team consisted of eight Managers whom I helped to co-ordinate their projects and passed work on to the available resources according to skills and knowledge of each area within the company. I report directly into the Head of Logistics Management and the Director of Logistics.

To support the Department Manager in the development and operational plans for European content on all Lexis and Nexis platforms in order to serve the information needs of legal and business professionals.
