My responsibilities include: •Managing a team of 4 team managers and 50 new accounts analysts across 5 european markets. •Focus on performance management as well as employee development and engagement. •Control of operations expense budget •Establishing strong working relationships with internal business partners and external vendors. •Identifying and driving initiatives to improve processes and policies, enhance system capability and training to enable excellent customer service.

• Carrying out in-depth research for projects. • Documenting projects including evaluation, scope, budgets, agreed milestones and timelines. • Designing and mapping operational processes. • Responsible for testing new systems, products and processes. • Training end users on various new processes, products and applications. • Assisting Technologies and end users with any system issues. • Experienced in working towards strict deadlines and within tight budges to meet Service Level Agreements.

Responsible for management of cleanliness and upkeep of Hilton brand standards on executive floor.

Dual system of work experience as well as schooling in the Hotel Business. In-depth knowledge of running of various departments, such as Housekeeping, Restaurant, Kitchen, Reception and Book Keeping.
