Responsible for research, development and creation of corporate learning solutions with focus on leadership training and skills development. Leaded projects for large companies such as John Deere and Braskem.

Responsible for helping utilities to sell more, make more profit and the operation as a whole to be healthier. Provided strategic information to the sales area, aiming to increase revenue. Even in times of crisis in Brazil, my Regionals were making profit. Did field visits to Car Dealers in my region. Participation in fairs like: Cotrijal, Cotrijui, Expodireto, among others. Regarding the service to the concessionaires, the level of satisfaction was the best of all the Regionals of Brazil.

Report to the Proprietary Director and coordination of a team of 5 employees. Accompanied clients such as: Gerdau, Vale, Zaffari among others, at the airport to assist them in the process of boarding. Performed process modeling, focusing on quality and service standard. Managed teams of 2-4 people.

Prospected and provided financial service to clients such as: Zaffari, Lojas Renner, Arezzo. Traveled to São Paulo with the purpose of replacing the team that had people on vacations and trips for meetings. Prepared presentations and reports for team of São Paulo, using Powerpoint and Excel.

Participated in the implementation of a new software in the Federal Justice financial area, where I tested the new versions of the software, reporting back to developers. Performed process control using Bizagi.
