I developed and now execute a comprehensive culture strategy to foster inclusivity and support for all employees collaborating with leadership to implement policies and programs. As a result employees experienced high motivation, happiness, and a strong sense of belonging, leading to the attraction and retention of top talent.

Facilitated comprehensive training programs for professionals at Volkswagen Mexico & Audi Mexico, focusing on language development, cultural competence, and DEIB awareness. Provided leadership coaching to managers and executives, enhancing their communication, team-building, and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering inclusive training programs that foster empathy and cultural understanding.
