Supervised the budget of the Knopf Publishing Group. Created initial budget, re-forecast sales throughout the year, reviewed monthly sales and expense reports with department managers and provided the year end analysis for the corporate Profit and Loss Statement.

Managed the inventory of the Knopf Publishing Group and advised the publisher and sales force on the amount of books to print for future titles. Coordinated and chaired the weekly reprint meeting. Managed sales representatives and customer orders.
