Supported the strategic development of the Sales & Operations function across 9 countries, 37 airports and 400 shops to support local operations to meet the company's sales targets and policies.

Identify potential business opportunities for The Nuance Group in accordance with company strategy, Preparing proposals and tenders to potential landlords and partners (project Management), Management of contact and opportunity databases, Gathering business intelligence, Development of retail concepts in close collaboration with international brands

- Research of key trends in the aviation and travel retail markets - Support in the preparation of documents for tenders/proposals for potential new businesses - Support in writing tender documents - Reviewing all capital and operational Requests for Approval against established criteria - Conducting post-tender/investment audits - Financial and business evaluation of new opportunities, incl. feasibilty studies - Preparing presentations for conferences and for Steering Committees
