My primary responsibilities are recommending improvements to content on the English side of the company website and editing new English text created for it. Additional responsibilities: •Proofreading and correction of English language writing by colleagues. •Providing English lessons to colleagues.

My core responsibilities were to create and maintain technical documentation and release notes for a variety of financial analytical applications Vendavo offers. Additional responsibilities included: •Creating short tutorial videos to supplement documentation. •Providing voice overs for product demo videos. •Proofreading documentation and blog articles written by non-native English speaking colleagues. •Creation of a style guide for the documentation team.

I was responsible for researching and writing the second edition of the Czech Republic guide in this publisher's "Culture Smart!" series of books. Writing this book was a very educational and enriching experience for me on many levels, and I'm quite proud of the finished product.

My primary responsibilities at Webnode were English language customer care for users of the company's website builder platform, and creating weekly content for the company's English language Facebook page. I also performed the following tasks when needed: •Proofread English language texts for both internal and external company communications. •Audited the language abilities of applicants for English speaking customer care positions.

I provided English language teaching and consultation services to several language agencies, firms and individuals in Brno.
