During my time with Dell, I worked on the following tasks: Sourced diverse candidates directly in the marketplace and developed candidate pools within their respective market streams. Developed and implemented highly effective strategies to source, recruit and hire qualified candidates to our locations in the United States. Developed networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Sourced candidates using various search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline (Big Data, HRIS, Konzerta, Recruiter LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday). Proactively source top corporate talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and the ability to learn and adopt new technology as required quickly. Attracted suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. Conducted interviews and sorted through applicants to fill open positions.
