  The main aim was to create a flow of new customers for the design services • It was achieved through market analysis, as well as thoughtful automation of most processes to achieve high market coverage with a few resources needed • The department reached self-sufficiency from the second month of work • Covered 4 platforms: Linkedin, Upwork, Xing and Fiverr, as well as email marketing • Searched, examined, hired and trained all the department specialists on my own • Conducted weekly and monthly reports
