o Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and company goals. o Manage inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials and components. o Analyze and identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. o Monitor production metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify potential issues. o Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable pricing in CAPAX.

• Department goals vs achievements planning scorecard, weekly reports, line utilization, and efficiency report preparation on a weekly basis. Regular monitoring and meeting with the line tech & AE's. • Work force mapping and handling & back up plan when machine down. • Escalate the PM& spares parts if any requirements to line & PM activities. • Work for closing the open issues in the line with team and supplier. • Preparing daily reports & conducting daily meeting.

• New manufacturing unit creation. • CapEX and OpEX maintenance. • Machine, Tools and Capex maintenance. • Training the operators for our product assembly. • Station forming and maintaining 5S, Man-Machine handling. • Procurement of necessary materials for production.

• In the continuous improvement in the product. More than 50 kaizens implemented. • Adhere to 5S, Six Sigma, PPAP (Part Production Approval Process) • Maintain Productivity chart, Daily production report, Process Sheet. • Prepare and Release MIS reports – monthly. • Support product design review and product FMEA
