Partner Manager for the Key-Partners of the company Partner Development (procurement and complaint management) Partner acquisition Process Optimization in various departments like Operations, Accounting, Customer Care Planning, executing and evaluating of the partner bonus system Establishment of additional features within the Partner Portal Supporting the development of the TFS Pro App Auditing invoices Providing forecasts for upcoming months Planning and preparation of the credit note system

Operations and Sales: - Training, coaching and educating of the salesmen - Sales-floor lead - Contact for Key-B2C and -B2B customers of the store - Support in shift planning - Direct customer sales Logistics: - Reorganizing the warehouse of the store - Redesign of the sales area to ease the shopping experience Business Development: - Setting up of Nike Assist within the Store and educating the salesmen - Rebuilding the order process of new products
