Technical leadership within a team of 10 developers from multiple technologies (Siebel UCM, Siebel Financials, RFS); Development effort estimates, task scheduling; Review of Technical Designs to ensure that best development practices are being followed, ensuring scalability and best performance of the system; Ongoing quality review of the delivered EIM/UCM/Siebel solution; Technical guidance/mentoring of team members in design of solution for complex technical issues/requirements

Technical leadership of a team of 14 developers in an on time delivery of a high quality, scalable data migration and daily batch load solutions across Oracle Warehouse Builder, Siebel EIM and Siebel UCM technologies. As well as: • Management of work estimates, their incorporation into the team schedule and it’s subsequent on time delivery. • Liaising with stakeholders and other technology teams.

• Requirements gathering and process mapping • Functional Design and documentation • Technical Design and documentation • Part of Development Team since October 2007 with main task being configuration and mentoring of 3 junior developers during the development cycle.

•Bug Investigation/Fixing; System performance diagnosis and improvement •Implementation of change requests •Complex data extracts for marketing department using SQL •Environment maintenance and troubleshooting •2nd & 3rd level Support for the Siebel CRM and interfaces for internal & external systems •Working with technical teams to develop effective and efficient system solutions for business requirements •Investigating and resolving complex business problems and issues across systems

Project: Siebel Sales Enterprise implementation (1800 end-user across EMEA, deployment in 5 languages). Subsequently involved in the migration of the customised application from Siebel2000 to Siebel 7 and 7.5 . Additional applications implemented through the time: Siebel ERM, Siebel PSA (Professional Service Automation), Siebel Analytics, Siebel Marketing.
