Participation in the migration of Master data to SAP S/4HANA as part of the iSHIFT program. Scheduling of PM plans in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring workload leveling and avoidance of maintenance peaks. Management of spare parts including quotation requests, codification of spare parts under SAP S/4HANA and KPI monitoring.....

Project Manager at CELDUC TRANSFO Study and sizing of transformers according to customer specifications. Preparation of all design and manufacturing documents in collaboration with draftsmen, and setting up the works file for the client. Coordination and tracking of transformer manufacturing in the workshop, ensuring compliance with specifications and instructions technical. Setting up of preventive maintenance including Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans, spare parts, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and maintenance procedures. Tracking of corrective maintenance actions and failure analysis using AMDEC and Pareto methods. Training and setting up of Job aid for maintenance technicians on the use of SAP for spare parts removal. Participation in industrial relocations including disconnection, labeling, rewiring and recommissioning of machines, electrical panels and control cabinets.
