At Talentra I was in charge of the full cycle recruitment process for key accounts for their permanent placement projects in the ICT sector. I recruited VP & AVP’s for Emirates NBD, Software Engineers for DeliveryHero and TokiGames, and a Business Systems Analyst for Sapiens International.

At Ovidos I recruited Software Engineers such as: Back-End Developers (.NET, Java), Front-End Developers (Angular, React), Mobile Developers (iOS, Android), QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps Engineers.

SuperCareer is a Job Matching Platform (SaaS) that streamlines the job application process by feeding key resume information and predictive assessment results into proprietary algorithms to match organizations with the most suitable talent. At SuperCareer I contributed in the development and validation of pre-employment tests that assess candidates cognitive ability, personality, emotional intelligence, and culture-fit.

Koç University is a non-profit private university in Istanbul and one of the leading universities in Turkey. As a Research Assistant I performed comprehensive literature research and summarized study findings in literature reviews. In addition, I proof-read several manuscripts before submission and returned them in a peer-review.
