I am supporting the Head of Vestas Global Graduate Programme in administering, organizing, facilitating, and executing actions and initiatives in terms of the Graduate Programme, amongst others: - Branding (Graduate Podcast, Career Fairs, candidate experience) - Recruiting (Assessment Centre, candidate consultation) - Content Scoping and Creation (training and modules, programme guidelines and handbooks, reporting) - Internat. Graduate Camp (Organizing, facilitating, Speaker Alignment, Content Scoping)

- Driving project, process, and change management in our operational global workforce planning and global pay and time solution and drafting a workforce planning mock-up tool. - Analyze potential gaps in the existing tools and processes. - Creating solutions for HRBPs to excel in their profession (creating video and PPT trainings for SAP Analytics Cloud, creating alignment across regions for a unified data collection and analysis) - mapping and modifying the global Offboarding process

- Driving project, process, and change management in mapping and streamlining the procure to pay process, andcommunicating the structure to relevant stakeholders. - Project Management in transport readiness projects relating to new product introductions. - Assisting the Head of NCE (North Central Europe) Transport Execution (Regional and Global meeting preparation, content creation, and facilitation, stakeholder alignment, ...) - Organizing a cross-company networking event for the Danish Graduate Network
