• Ensure stable operations on central infrastructure supporting Carlsberg businesses in 17 Western European countries through a day to day vendor operational governance, • Deliver project management and coordination for infrastructure projects, • Manage and control the budget of the department as the operational budget of the services delivered 3rd party providers, • Ensure people management of 15 to 20 FTEs, including objective setting, performance management and salary review.

• Operate the local infrastructures in 8 WE countries, covering many different technologies and 4 data centers, • Ensure the rollout of ITIL framework services in the countries under my responsibility, • Manage the department budget and the infrastructure related service provider contracts, • Provide people management for a WE multicultural team of 15 FTEs, including performance management.

• Maintain and optimise data center infrastructure (Unix servers, storage, SAN & backup) and operation services, with the aim to ensure availability, performance and security, • Provide project management for Kronenbourg IT department as for Group IT department, • Manage infrastructure assets and software licences within budget, • Provide people management of a team of 7 FTEs and external contractors.

• Design, implementation and operation with 2 FTEs of a green field network and Microsoft server infrastructure at the French HQ, including MS Mail Exchange, and Internet access. • Project Leader for the replacement of the PBX infrastructure, from RFP to implementation.

• Service Provider for industrial IT solutions specialised in barcode and tracking infrastructure for production and logistics environments.

• Implementation and administration of Unix (AIX) infrastructure including, Sybase database administration for warehouse management and Oracle DB for SAP R3 accounting functions. • Network and telecom administration, including full LAN redesign at the French HQ and WAN interconnection with different offices and Adidas Group HQ in Germany.
