- Analysis and evaluation of requirements specifications for the new features to be integrated. Defining the required test strategy. - Development and maintainance of automated test procedures using proper test strategies and automated tools (Fitnesse, tdl scripts, shell scripts) - Test case creation and definition of associated test specifications.

- Coordinating Android QA engineering teams in Romania (Core QA, Automation and Infrastructure, SDK and HAXM). The team size increased from 6 to 9 team leads and engineers and from 10 to 22 contractors in less than a year. - Establishing the team’s objectives to fit into the division strategy. Translation of the division directives and projects directions into technical deliverables. Setting the performance indicators and deliverables for the overall team.

- Coordinating Android QA (Core QA, SDK and HAXM) and Yocto QA engineering teams in Romania. The team comprised of 4 team leads and engineers and 10 contractors. - Establishing the team’s objectives to fit into the division strategy. - Bringing up a new QA team (1 engineer and 4 contractors) for the Yocto Project and transferring work from an oversea team. Overseeing the contractor recruitment process and establishing the selection criteria together with the team manager - Familiarizing the team with the stakeholder needs, specifications, testing targets, testing standards, the development process, product specific procedures, techniques and tools to support task performance.

- The scope of the team was to validate the Android enabling on Intel platforms (x86 architecture). Test plans and scenarios were delivered to cover the features integration and expected behavior. - As member of the team parts of my tasks were the creation of test scenarios and test cases for new specific features delivering the test results against the weekly builds, submitting bugs and following their life-cycle, running regression tests and overall system tests.

- The scope of the team was to run test the Meego TV operating system, its integration with the XMBC UI, Meego Core components and Chromium web browser. - As team lead the work initially consisted of setting up testing procedures for a newly created QA team and defining the test strategy, targets, exit criteria, performance levels for the QA activity.

- As QA Lead I was ensuring the support for a team of 6 to 8 QA Engineers, support consisting of mediating their relation with client’s representatives, Project Managers, software architects, task allocation within the project, overseeing day-to-day performance and deliverables, travel and logistic issues. - Responsibilities included ensuring that the Software Development processes and customer specific work instructions are known understood and applied.

- As QA Engineer, I was integrating and testing rating chain (OPSC Gold RTE) configuration changes for telecom operators (Astelit, TIM Brazil), significantly reducing the time-to-market of telecom operator products and special offers. The job included Developing automated testing suites to verify configuration deployment, integrity and data validity, thus by greatly reducing the manual testing effort and also analyzing test results and data validity with focus on product compliance with customer requests.

- As QA Engineer in the Automation Team, I was developing automated test suites in order to decrease the time and effort needed to test various module of a large ERP application. The tests were integrated in a larger suite used by the Core QA team. Before joining the Automation team I was responsible for different ERP modules quality and change requests fast integration, in order to comply with tight deadlines and acceptance testing on customer sites.

As Project Manager, I was in charge of a validation project for Orange Romania, project consisting of delivering results for the device compatibility tests against the telecom operator network. The involvement consisted of close collaboration with the client’s representatives, setting up a validation team to cover the assignment, establishing the work procedure and deliverables, agreement with the client over the SLA, technical requirements and deliverables.

As QA Coordinator, the main job consisted in implementing and enforcing test procedures in order to develop a QA policy in the company. - On the technical side, the main assignments consisted of developing testing suites to verify products quality and requirements compliance in order to obtain final acceptance for the deliverables. The team was also adapting test suites to meet customer's change requests for USIM cards and verifying compliance with the industry's ETSI standards.

The job consisted in creating test suites and test procedure for company's projects in order to successful pass all the acceptance phases for the company's products.
