Certified in Lean Management (Green Belt), deployed a global soft skill framework for contacr centres, in general interested and experienced in helping people develop their skills for amazing customer care. Latest projects were and are around content quality of ads, linguistic projects around annotation and detecting offensive language, and so much more. Following Lean and my personal learnings I do value the experience of the Frontline and believe that the most effect change comes with reducing process waste and listening to the Frontline as to where road blocks are. Enabling everybody to do their best job while and due to being happy at their work place is my goal.
