Responsible for the optimization and design of a selected cluster of cell sites in the GSM, WCDMA and LTE for Ericsson sites. • Reduced drops, blocks, congestion and increased quality, achieving the desired network key performance indicators (KPI). • Professional using of Actix, MapInfo tool and Google Earth to analyze the network measurement and plan new physical parameters (tilts/azimuth). • Planned and suggested new sites and hardware expansions to solve coverage and capacity problems.

– RF RAN Optimization Rollout and Optimization for VIVO 2G and 3G networks. Initial tuning and optimization for customer commercial acceptance. • Troubleshoots for site KPI degradation. • Improves/maintains Retainability and Accessibility statistics for site acceptance. • Conducts intensive analysis and provides recommendation for improvements. -Network Quality Benchmark Statistical analysis of mobile networks using SQL, Access and Excel. • Failure and low performance KPI study.
