Leading a team of project managers within the PMO providing guidance & support for the delivery of all projects within the triple constraints and overseeing all projects. We focus on Stakeholder Management by utilising EQ. Growing a high-performing team by developing each member individually. We work in line with our high-quality standards & represent ourselves in a competent and professional manner. The delivery of the PMO is managed by our team & we focus on continuous improvement of existing processes.

I lead a team of 45 colleagues across 3 countries to implement a new operational system for the aviation environment, utilising emotional and cultural intelligence. This involved system development, managing change, planning of roll-out/migration as well as training while managing risks and quality. Besides managing projects I facilitated workshops around the knowledge and application of project management. Furthermore, being part of the business development team looking into sustainable expansion projects.
