Preparing briefs and commissioning research. Dissemination of information gathered during the research. Preparing learning material and training sessions for other researchers.

Working closely with the recruitment consultants to provide innovative solutions for sourcing, contacting and building initial rapport with potential candidates. CV screening, maintaining an up to date candidate database, scheduling interviews and identifying new ways to promote vacancies.

Assisting and informing American and Canadian clients concerning their Internet accounts, and providing technical assistance over the phone, either in English or French, while following the rules and procedures of the company.
