- Responsible for end to end recruitment process ( interviewing candidates, follow-up with hiring managers, making offers, communicating feedback, preparing reports etc.); - Identifying and recruiting suitable candidates for jobs such as Accounts Payable/Receivable, IT helpdesk, Procurement, Collection,Customer Support; - Maintaining a close relationship with the candidates throughout the interviewing process (communicates status, answer questions, extend offers, schedule joining dates etc.);

• Advertise Genpact’s open positions through various sourcing channels (job sites, recruitment agencies etc) • Use proactive and various search methods to source candidates, including advertising (print and web based), employee referrals, personal networking, etc. • Identify and recruit suitable candidates for Finance & Accounting, IT support, Procurement, Order Management and HR Officer positions.
