Perform field service as carrying out installation/ commissioning, modification, calibration, alignment, repairs and maintenance of semiconductor machines (Wire Bonding Machine and Die Bonding Machine). Provide a communication link between the customer and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer. Fault analysis and repair of technical facilities of Semiconductor machines to ensure that all anomalies are quickly and effectively reported and resolved

 Provide on-site installation, set up, modification, calibration, alignment to ensure full functionality according to specifications of iPhone Button Testing Machine.  Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair technical issues related to pneumatic devices, electrical devices and mechanical devices  Providing technical support and cooperating in training to customers.

 Be in charge of the installation, and monitor daily operation of utility systems with the main focus on the electricity network  Assigned the tasks of maintaining the standards and specifications of instrumentation and control systems  Provided technical support to instrument engineering activities in Utility Division
